Our first FREE CLE webinar of 2019 will be presented by co-chair of the TDLA Tort section, attorney Sean Martin of Carr Allison. Mr. Martin will discuss the recent Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Lindenburg v. Jackson National Life Insurance Co.

On December 21, 2018, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in Lindenberg v. This webinar will take place on Tuesday January 22, 2019 at Noon CST/ 1pm EST and will last a half hour. We will be submitting for half hour credit of TN general CLE. The webinar link will be emailed to registrants prior to the webinar.
