Employment Law Update 2019

2019 has been a busy year in employment law. This webinar includes a survey of the most recent changes to the law that Tennessee employment lawyers need to know. Topics include: new FLSA salary level test and FLSA exemption analysis, workers in the “gig” economy, employees and military service, work restrictions and the ADA, and Tennessee’s anti-bullying law.

This webinar will take place on Thursday November 14 at 1pm EST/ Noon CST and last for one hour. Webinar link will be emailed to registrants prior to the webinar. One hour of General TN CLE will be applied for.
