TDLA/ ADLA Joint Summer Conference

**Important Update - Conference Canceled**

As the COVID-19 virus continues to affect our daily lives, coupled with the uncertainty of when we can all safely return back to our regular routine, ADLA and TDLA have decided to cancel the 2020 Joint Summer Meeting in Sandestin, Florida scheduled to take place in June. The recent member and exhibitor survey showed that the majority were unable, unwilling or discouraged from attending. We realize that this is unwelcome news as the summer conference is a major highlight of the year for our exhibitors, judges, association members, and their families. So many members and other organizations plan their events and vacations around our annual meeting. We waited for as much information as possible before making our decision, but it is just not feasible at this time.

If you already have a reservation at the resort, it is your responsibility to cancel your individual reservation. The resort has confirmed with us that they will honor any reservations that have already been made.
