TDLA Young Lawyer co-chair Erica Green and TDLA member Andrew Hale with Kramer Rayson law firm will present the next TDLA FREE CLE webinar, "Overview of the CARES Act - Small Business Loan Options" on April 16th at Noon CST/ 1pm EST.

COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, is significantly impacting small businesses in our state and country. In response, Congress passed The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”). This one hour CLE will provide a general overview of the small business loan provisions of the CARES Act, specifically the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”), which expands Section 7(a) of the Small Business Act by providing forgivable loans to businesses with under 500 employees, and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (“EIDL”), which is expanded/relaxed under Section 7(b) of the CARES Act and is available to small businesses that have sustained economic injury from COVID-19.

This webinar has been approved for one hour of general TN CLE. The webinar link will be sent to registrants prior to the webinar.
