Join us for TDLA's Next Gen webinar series with TDLA member Blake Garner with Santel Garner presenting on a Practical Guide to the UM Statute in Tennessee on Thursday October 29th at Noon CST/ 1pm EST.

This presentation will provide a practical overview of Tennessee’s Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) statute, highlighting key legal requirements, coverage issues, and common challenges that arise in handling UM/UIM claims.
