Workers’ Compensation Practices & Perspectives

Rhoberta Orsland is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in the area of workers’ compensation. Ms. Orsland clerked for Justice Janice Holder with the Tennessee Supreme Court after law school and also served as the staff attorney for Judges Jim Umsted and Deana Seymour with the Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims. Rhoberta was also a long-time mediator and specialist with the DOL/Workers’ Compensation Division handling mediations, as well as Requests for Assistance (RFAs) related to temporary and medical benefits.

TDLA will apply for one hour of TN General CLE. The webinar will take place on zoom and a zoom link will be sent to registrants prior to the webinar.
